Manage and execute all Test Environment Support activities for Core Banking systems on Tandem mainframe platforms including environment building, software installation/uninstallation, interface setup, and technical issue resolution.
Lead and manage a team responsible for maintaining and supporting test and production environments ensuring smooth technical testing cycles with integration across multiple teams and locations.
Develop and maintain technical automation and monitoring tools for testing, including creation of test artifacts across all testing stages, and collaborate on application enhancements and system upgrades.
8 to 18 years experience preferably in Core Banking domain with hands-on expertise in Tandem mainframe environment (Cobol, TAL, TACL, Enform, Enscribe, OSS).

Proven experience in technical test environment management encompassing building, configuration management, issue resolution, and team leadership.
Work Experience Required: 8-18 years in senior test environment support roles in banking domain, especially Core Banking modules.
Senior professional with deep technical expertise in Tandem mainframe environments and Core Banking applications, comfortable managing multiple complex technical support tasks simultaneously.
Experience managing and leading teams responsible for test environment support activities with strong operational oversight and delivery accountability.
Hands-on in technical automation development and integration with modern tools and legacy systems, with a balance of domain knowledge and technical leadership for seamless cross-team collaboration.
