Own and administrate the m3ter platform to ensure accurate MSP consumption, billing, and forecasting data.
Monitor and resolve data discrepancies across multiple systems, implementing automated quality checks to maintain trusted data for MSP business decisions.
Develop and maintain consumption analytics, reporting dashboards, and forecasting models to provide actionable business insights and support MSP leadership's decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in data operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, financial operations, SaaS operations, or related discipline.
Strong SQL and data-analysis skills; experience building and maintaining dashboards using modern BI/reporting platforms.
Experience with consumption-based or usage-based SaaS business models and administering or supporting metering, billing, or revenue platforms; m3ter experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data flows across multiple systems and communicate technical data issues clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SaaS consumption metrics including ARR, expansion, contraction, churn, and forecasting in a usage-based billing environment.
Operationally focused on platform administration and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, Engineering, and MSP leadership to ensure data integrity and commercial alignment.
Skilled in automating data-quality monitoring and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and enable proactive issue resolution in a global MSP business context.
