Provide 24x7 first-line operational support for Vodafone’s international roaming services including alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, and service restoration.
Perform first-level technical triage and coordinate with multiple resolver teams to manage incidents within agreed SLAs, minimizing customer impact.
Monitor network quality and KPIs, analyze trends, investigate customer complaints, and support continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering graduate with relevant telecommunications or network engineering expertise.
5 to 10 years of experience in roaming technologies and international roaming operations.
Proven troubleshooting experience in SS7, SMS/SMPP, LTE, CAMEL, VoLTE, 4G, 5G, and related core network platforms and signalling protocols.
Strong understanding of roaming ecosystems and interworking between roaming platforms and core network environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating within customer-focused network operations and service support functions in international telecom environments.
Able to independently apply structured troubleshooting and sound judgement to complex technical issues across roaming and core network domains.
Skilled at coordinating multi-team incident management and driving service improvements through automation and operational optimization.
