Proven hands-on experience shipping and debugging production Kotlin Multiplatform code used on both Android and iOS platforms.
Experience in modularizing a legacy mobile app codebase by extracting shared modules is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience introducing Dependency Injection frameworks like Hilt, Koin, or Dagger into existing codebases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI-assisted development workflows, capable of setting team-wide AI tooling and architecture practices.
Able to independently own and drive architecture decisions rather than just implement specs.
Background with real-time communication protocols (VoIP, WebRTC) or Compose Multiplatform is a significant advantage.
