Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in Software Engineering or equivalent through education, work experience, training, or military experience.
Experience programming in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM (4+ years).
Experience with mainframe utilities and debugging tools such as sort, REXX, fileaid, Endevor/changeman, easytrieve, Debug, Xpediter, abend aid.
Degree requirement: Technology oriented B.E/B Tech degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong programming skills in mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, CICS) with experience leading small to medium technical projects.
Good understanding of mainframe modernization initiatives, including API enablement and integration with cloud or distributed platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools for mainframe (Git, GitHub, Jenkins), and experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
