Minimum Requirements
4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent via training, military experience, or education.
Experience programming in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM (4+ years preferred).
Degree: Technology-oriented B.E/B.Tech or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience with mainframe development tools and debugging utilities such as sort, REXX, Endevor/changeman, Debug, Xpediter, abend aid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead small to medium projects and provide technical leadership in mainframe environments.
Familiarity with mainframe modernization initiatives including API enablement and integration with distributed/cloud platforms.
Exposure to DevOps and automation tools for mainframe development (Git, Github, Jenkins) and AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot or similar).
