Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Experience or exposure to Mainframe technologies (MVS z/OS, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS DB) and IBM utilities.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management tools such as ServiceNow.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant domains as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of independently managing incident recovery and coordinating with application support teams for system architecture and performance optimization.
Skilled in automation and scripting (REXX), SQL for data analysis, and monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Geneos ITRS).
Familiar with Site Reliability Engineering principles, change management practices, and adept in documentation and knowledge sharing for observability maturity.
