iLO Firmware Validation and Automation Engineer

Develop and automate comprehensive test plans for iLO firmware and system-level solutions across multiple platforms.

Lead hands-on qualification and validation of iLO products, collaborating with internal and outsourced QE teams throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle.

Provide technical leadership and domain expertise on cross-functional projects, driving innovation using emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, or related field.

2+ years of relevant experience in firmware validation, test automation, or related domain.

Strong Python scripting and test automation development skills, with experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Working knowledge of server management technologies, firmware architecture, Redfish APIs; ability to assemble and configure server hardware components.

Experienced in firmware or platform validation with proficiency in AI-assisted automation workflows to accelerate testing and debugging.

Capable of providing technical leadership and driving quality initiatives across software development and validation teams.

Familiar with Agile SDLC practices and hands-on with server hardware configurations and security testing in firmware contexts.
