Own and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness, execution, and value flow optimization across Agile Release Trains.
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders on lean-agile practices to ensure alignment between strategy and execution at program and portfolio levels.
Manage risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements including Inspect and Adapt sessions, and support economic decision-making in feature and capability delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: Extensive Agile transition experience with roles such as Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, Program Manager, or Agile Coach.
SAFe Release Train Engineer certification preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Strong IT application development leadership background with proven delivery on large scale software initiatives covering planning through execution.
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing Agile Release Trains and scaling Agile practices in large global organizations.
Proficient in Lean Thinking, Systems Thinking, and Lean Portfolio Management up to the portfolio level.
Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement in a high-performance culture.
