Manage pricing and contracting operations for JAPAC markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in contracts, pricing, payments, and accruals execution.
Ensure compliance with SOX and IICC controls and maintain data integrity by monitoring system outcomes and performing validation/testing in SAP Vistex and related systems.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, automation (including bots), and self-service solutions to enhance operational efficiency and oversight.
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience OR Associate's degree with 5+ years experience.
Experience in contract and pricing operations, compliance, functional IT support, or business administration.
Proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP, Vistex, and/or Tableau.

Experience working in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology environments, ideally in global and matrixed teams.
Demonstrated ability in managing SAP and pricing condition execution with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional environment supporting JAPAC and ex-US markets with strong data monitoring and automation skills.
