Minimum Requirements
2–4+ years experience in program management, PMO, or operations leadership, preferably in US healthcare/payment integrity domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; MBA from reputed institutes like IIT/IIM is required.
Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile mandatory.
Working shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, 40 hours/week, with broadband internet and adherence to telecommuter policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate with proven ability to manage complex healthcare payment integrity operations and compliance (HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines).
Experienced in data-driven program governance and stakeholder management in client-facing roles.
Demonstrates leadership in driving operational excellence and team capability in digital transformation and automation initiatives.
