Lead design and build of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions throughout full implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with delivery managers, architects, clients, and teams to define scope, design technical solutions, and ensure maintainable, best practice deployments.
Mentor development and QA teams; responsible for application design, development, support, testing, and performance monitoring of Salesforce projects.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience developing technology solutions, with extensive Education sector and Education Cloud experience.
8+ years experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of delivery for enterprise CRM implementations, experience with Salesforce platform technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, Omnistudio, and integrations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field; certifications in Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Education Cloud focus areas: Recruitment, Admission, Onboarding, Career Readiness, Alumni, and Education lifecycle management.
Experience leading complex project teams through problem analysis, design, and implementation in enterprise CRM contexts.
Strong hands-on technical skills with Salesforce platform including configuration, coding, integrations, DevOps, and release management, combined with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
