Sr. Business Development Executive

Own and manage online bidding and proposal processes on platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour with accountability from bid submission to project kickoff.

Coordinate international client outreach including cold calls and client communication across multiple time zones, including night shifts as required.

Develop and execute business proposals, sales strategies, and collaborate with global peers to secure and grow accounts primarily for web and mobile application development projects.

3–5 years of experience in international business development with hands-on online bidding platform experience.

Must be available to work on-site in Gurugram with flexibility for night-shift client calls when required.

Proven ability in client interaction, sales targets, negotiation, and project coordination explicitly for IT/web and mobile development domains.

Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of web and mobile technologies relevant to sourcing quality leads.

Experienced in managing online bidding platforms for IT services, comfortable with digital and cross-time zone client relationship management.

Skilled in combining technical understanding of web/mobile technologies with strategic business development and proposal crafting.

Capable of engaging with enterprise-level clients and participating in strategic decision-making alongside technical and senior leadership teams.
