Own the roadmap and strategy for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) covering consumer, partner, and workforce identities across the platform.
Lead product direction for authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless, adaptive/risk-based), authorization (RBAC/ABAC), user lifecycle management (registration, provisioning, recovery, deprovisioning).
Drive integration and platform decisions around identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM) while balancing security, compliance, and usability; define and track success metrics related to identity.
9+ years of techno-functional Product Management experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or related field.
Deep understanding of identity standards and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and experience with CIAM/IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra).
Strong grasp of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements within regulated industries.
Experienced in managing complex CIAM/IAM products in regulated industries, preferably financial services or insurance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) in a global setting and influence technical direction.
Skilled in Agile methodologies with experience mentoring Product Managers and working on integration-heavy products involving APIs and data analysis.
