Data Entry Specialist

Migrate and transform complex corporate governance data into Diligent platforms ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Build and configure Director & Officer questionnaires to facilitate precise data collection from stakeholders.

Perform regular data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and implement workflow improvements using Excel, databases, and AI tools.

Hands-on data-focused role experience such as data specialist, data analyst, or data migration.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions.

Practical exposure to databases and understanding of data structures.

Experience using AI or AI-powered tools for data processing or automation.

Experienced working directly with corporate governance or legal/risk/compliance data is a plus though not mandatory.

Able to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks meeting deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement data workflow/process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
