Own system bring-up, platform configuration, and debug across OEM and hyperscaler environments including performance and reliability test plans.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in SoC or IP verification with strong background in system validation/design verification for storage or complex compute platforms.
Deep understanding of PCIe, NVMe, SSD architectures, host-device interactions on Linux/Windows/VMware, and validation workflows including coverage tracking.
Experience with qualification environments (OEM/hyperscaler) and scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
Experienced in leading validation for enterprise or data-center SSDs with exposure to hyperscaler workloads and storage at scale.
Demonstrated capability to own multiple validation programs concurrently and handle customer escalations including field issue debug.
Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and drive technical consensus through data-backed analysis and collaboration.
