Design and configure complex network topologies for customer use cases ensuring optimal performance across wired and wireless infrastructures.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Layer 2 protocols (VLANs, LACP, STP variants, MLAG, vPC, IGMP Snooping) and Layer 3 protocols (VRRP, OSPF, BGP) including multicast protocols like IGMP and PIM-SM.
Manage and monitor IP services (DNS, NTP, DHCP, AAA) and advanced protocols (PTP, AVB), across multiple vendor switches using CLI, SNMP, and UI, while documenting network configurations and engaging with customers.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Networking QA focusing on Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols and multicast.
Hands-on expertise with multiple vendor switches such as Cisco, Netgear, Juniper.
Proficiency in CLI, SNMP, UI configurations, and understanding of PTP and AVB protocols.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
Strong technical proficiency with multi-vendor network switch environments and advanced network protocol implementations, especially multicast and IP services.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement and troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network topologies aligned to customer requirements.
Experienced in interacting directly with customers to tailor network solutions and document complex network architectures.
