Lead architecture, reliability, and scalability of enterprise logging and observability platforms using Splunk, Cribl, ITSI, and AI-driven systems.
Design and implement high-volume, resilient log ingestion pipelines across hybrid and cloud environments, including automation and governance.
Develop and operationalize AI/ML models for anomaly detection, predictive alerting, autonomous log analysis, and integrate AI insights into incident response workflows.
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience (or equivalent via training, education, military).
Experience with enterprise logging and observability platforms including Splunk and Cribl is mandatory.
Proficiency in at least one programming language among Python, Java, Go, or Scala.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience as stated.
Deep expertise in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud platform operations, search optimization, index design, and ITSI service modeling.
Experienced with building and operationalizing AI-based autonomous systems and agentic AI frameworks for telemetry data analysis.
Comfortable with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices, and telemetry standards such as OpenTelemetry.
