Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education).
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience in retail Lending, Syndicated lending, Leasing or any financial domain.
4+ years Loan IQ and Commercial Lending experience involving transactions with cashflows and GL entries.
Foundational AI literacy including understanding of AI tools, critical thinking on AI-generated outputs, responsible AI use, and commitment to continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Loan IQ operational, testing, analysis, or production support, with knowledge of its data model and APIs.
Skilled in SQL with ability to develop complex queries and perform data analysis within financial systems.
Familiar with Agile methodologies, including eliciting requirements, user stories, test case creation, and participation in Scrum ceremonies, able to work independently under strict timelines, and engage with senior leaders.
