Own end-to-end service delivery for critical distributors across assigned locations including non-branch sites, ensuring resolution of escalations within SLAs and adherence to service-level targets.
Plan and manage distributor engagement through optimized travel schedules, periodic visits, and data-driven discussions to enhance distributor relationships and drive business objectives.
Monitor and analyze service performance using MIS reports; collaborate across teams to address service issues, compliance adherence, and improve overall distributor experience.
Graduate degree mandatory; MBA preferred, fields preferred: Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in financial services; exposure to mutual fund industry is an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; numerical and analytical aptitude mandatory.
Work Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST.
Experience handling distributor or client service in financial services, preferably mutual funds, with ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments.
Data-driven approach with capability to generate actionable insights from MIS and analytics for operational improvements.
Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated by proactive relationship building and effective cross-team collaboration.
