Manage compliance and regulatory reporting for company locations and fleets to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
Coordinate with corporate, field, and regulatory agencies daily, including managing associated fees and meeting quarterly regulatory deadlines.
Update SOPs, provide training, and support other compliance projects as requested.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year work experience in a related environmental compliance field.
Knowledge of US DOT, RCRA, NPDES, CWA, US/STATE EPA, and Canadian MOE regulations.
Ability to work extended hours quarterly to meet regulatory deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing regulatory reporting and compliance in environmental or chemical domains.
Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies effectively under pressure.
Proficient with process/disposal facility operations, waste management methods, and advanced MS Office tools.
