Manage day-to-day eCommerce hub operations including shipment receipt, processing, consolidation, and dispatch to ensure on-time movement across the surface network.
Coordinate with Linehaul, Network Operations, Service Centres, Last Mile, and Customer Service teams to maintain network connectivity, shipment visibility, and adherence to operational timelines.
Monitor and resolve shipment exceptions, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive operational performance against SLAs to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline required.
3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics, or hub operations.
Experience managing hub operations, shipment processing, or mid-mile logistics in a high-volume environment with exposure to surface linehaul operations and shipment tracking.
Working knowledge of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experienced in operational coordination across multiple internal stakeholders to meet network and service commitments within surface logistics.
Proven ability to manage high-volume eCommerce product operations with focus on SLA adherence, exception management, and process improvements.
Skilled in using operational MIS and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement and maintain service reliability.
