Manager Operations, MP

Own and manage end-to-end operations and program delivery across multiple districts in Madhya Pradesh, ensuring achievement of state-level goals and outcomes.

Lead and develop district teams, define roles and goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster accountability and collaboration.

Build and maintain relationships with government officials and partners, monitor policy implications, and ensure alignment of program implementation with government priorities.

7–10 years of relevant experience working with government stakeholders, preferably in the education sector.

Strong experience in team management and large-scale operations with the ability to deliver results in resource-limited settings.

Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Hindi and English.

Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.

Experienced in managing large, multi-district operations with strategic oversight and team leadership.

Skilled at working collaboratively with government and external partners to align programs with policy and regulatory frameworks.

Capable of data-driven decision-making and continuous adaptation to changing operational needs.
