Own end-to-end management of eCommerce product hub operations at the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring timely processing, consolidation and dispatch of shipments.
Coordinate with Linehaul, Network Operations and internal teams to maintain shipment flow, network connectivity, and meet cut-off and dispatch schedules.
Drive operational accuracy, service quality, exception management, performance reporting and continuous improvement within the hub operations.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics or hub operations, including managing shipment processing or mid-mile logistics.
Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and working knowledge of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office.
Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant logistics/hub operations domain.
Experienced in managing high-volume eCommerce or courier hub/surface network operations with strong multi-team coordination skills.
Proficient in operational performance tracking, SLA management, exception resolution, and driving process improvements.
Comfortable operating in dynamic logistics environment involving shipment processing, scanning compliance, and linehaul coordination at surface hubs.
