Director, Operations ( Transformation & Automation)

Own and enhance service delivery frameworks, monitor KPIs like SLA adherence, turnaround time, and quality metrics across consulting support functions.

Lead process diagnostics and optimization including process mapping, standardization, and identifying automation opportunities within finance, risk, and advisory workflows.

Partner with digital teams to implement automation solutions (RPA, low-code, workflow orchestration) and drive enterprise-wide process excellence and continuous improvement.

15+ years in service delivery, process improvement, or operational excellence within GCC or consulting environments.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.

Experience with process mapping, reengineering, performance measurement in finance and risk domains.

Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), BPM platforms (Appian, Pega), and process mining technologies.

Experienced leader in enterprise-wide transformation with strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability.

Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills with ability to influence senior leadership through storytelling and visualization.

Comfortable operating in global, cross-cultural consulting environments focused on digital transformation and innovation.
