Support administrative, procurement, HR, financial, and coordination functions for tribal development projects under the SDG Acceleration and Finance Unit.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor management, contract hiring, and compliance with UNDP rules.
Coordinate organization of meetings, workshops, travel logistics, maintain project documentation, and assist in knowledge sharing and capacity building activities.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with secondary education, in project or administration management.
Secondary education required; bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Operations, Management, Economics, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/financial systems (preferably UNDP Quantum) required; CIPS Level 2 certification highly desirable or must be obtained within one year of recruitment.
Experienced in supporting project implementation in international development or government institutions focusing on tribal or social development programs.
Strong operational focus with skills in procurement, financial management, HR recruitment support, and compliance within UN or similar organizational frameworks.
Capable of managing multi-stakeholder coordination and logistical arrangements including events, workshops, and field visits in tribal development contexts.
