Application Development Senior Manager Banking Operations - Senior Vice President

Lead multiple application development teams to deliver new or updated systems in coordination with Technology leadership.

Manage resources, budget, and personnel activities including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Provide strategic influence and risk assessment in application development aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.

10+ years of relevant experience in application development and management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.

Technical expertise in J2EE, SpringBoot, RDBMS, Cloud platforms (GCP, Openshift), AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, Vertex, Hugging Face), and Python.

Experience managing global technology teams and strong knowledge of applications development practices and standards.

Experienced senior manager with demonstrated ability to lead large, global application development teams in a banking or financial technology environment.

Strong business acumen with expertise in integrating AI-driven development tools and frameworks to accelerate product roadmaps.

Capable of liaising effectively with product owners and senior leadership to shape technology strategy and ensure compliance.
