Support strategic transformation programs addressing business and regulatory requirements in International Private Bank.
Independently manage program office tasks including producing materials, scheduling, meeting follow-ups, and coordinating contracting, vendor engagement, and budget forecasting.
Analyze and consolidate program data for budgets, costs, and deliveries; support audit requirements and change adoption; maintain program management platforms like Confluence and JIRA.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, project or change management with a PMO focus.
Experience in banking/financial services sector, preferably in Private Banking with foundational banking knowledge.
Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-country/regional projects with program lifecycle knowledge including risk management and governance.
Able to work independently producing high-quality deliverables with strong program coordination skills.
Digital-first mindset with familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and comfortable with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies (preferred).
