Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Salesforce data migration or related roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce architecture, data security, APIs (Bulk API 2.0, REST/SOAP), and core data import/export utilities.
Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and scripting languages like Python, Shell scripting, or Apex for custom data transformations.
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification is required or highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex Org-to-Org consolidations and legacy knowledge base migrations targeting AI consumption within Salesforce.
Skilled in designing and executing high-volume data migration strategies while managing governor limits and complex field/relationship mappings.
Familiar with Salesforce Agentforce, AI data readiness concepts like RAG, Atlas Reasoning Engine, and advanced integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Talend, or Informatica Cloud.
