Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.
Lead financial close activities for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end ensuring timely, accurate reporting and variance analysis.
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, audit coordination, and drive process improvements and automation within R2R functions.
Professional qualifications: CA / CMA / CA Inter preferred; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in General Ledger, Record-to-Report, or Financial Accounting with experience in Shared Services or similar environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance with local statutory requirements.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and financial reporting tools (HFM, Hyperion, OneStream) preferred.
Experienced in managing end-to-end R2R and financial close processes in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
Capabilities to lead audit compliance, drive process improvements, and implement automation initiatives.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills demonstrated through team mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
