Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles.
Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions in cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks) and data engineering tools (Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, etc.).
Experience incorporating AI tools and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot) into engineering and solution delivery.

Experienced client-facing technical leader with strong consulting skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
Comfortable working across distributed, global teams and managing complex architectural decisions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, lead technical discovery, and deliver measurable business value through modern Data & AI platforms and practices.
