Monitor and troubleshoot automations using Automation Anywhere Control Room and UiPath Orchestrator, addressing errors and performance issues.
Manage bot operations including restarting, re-triggering, updating configuration files for scaling, and scheduling within Control Room.
Support new client onboarding, raise support tickets in Jira & ServiceNow, and proactively manage communication to resolve or de-escalate issues.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in application/product support or related technical roles.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/business experience.
Basic understanding of Windows Servers.
Work Location: Pune (Work from office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience interacting with international clients, preferably from the US market.
Familiarity with automation platforms for RPA operations support such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
Exposure to or understanding of the US healthcare industry and terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.
