Conduct requirement workshops to align client integration of CRM, HRMS, Procurement, and Ticketing tools with SpotDraft functionalities.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and integrations teams to ensure successful configuration, training, and rollout on schedule.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of SaaS implementation experience.
Experience working with SSO, API, CRM, HRMS, and ticketing tools.
Willingness to work US time zone hours from Bangalore office.
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex SaaS implementation projects involving multiple third-party integrations.
Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams under project timelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across global teams dealing with US time zones.
