IT Project Manager (AI Empowered) - Pharma R&D

Lead delivery of medium to large Pharma R&D IT initiatives independently, managing scope and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conduct root cause analysis, and drive adoption of best delivery practices across projects.

Select and tailor delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to optimize results while applying foundational AI tools for task management and communication.

Experience managing medium to large-scale IT project deliveries or equivalent roles such as Scrum Master or RTE.

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.

Proven ability to manage delivery of complex features or service transitions across multiple functional areas.

Baseline understanding of Generative AI and digital tools applied in delivery operations (hands-on AI development not required).

Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments with strong facilitation and communication skills to act as trusted advisor.

Experience translating complex requirements into strategic plans and business forecasting within Pharma R&D or similar sectors.

Able to coach and mentor teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement in delivery excellence and stakeholder engagement.
