Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years of professional experience with minimum 6 years in product development, program management, or project leadership in hydraulics, industrial products, or related engineering industry.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development programs across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Project; strong communication and presentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing low to medium complexity programs with full accountability for project delivery and financial outcomes.
Skilled in stakeholder management and driving disciplined execution in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Background in hydraulics or similar industrial products and knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost reduction, and value engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
