Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation and roll-out projects in the Asia Pacific region, specifically managing projects involving China localization including Golden Tax and e-invoicing.
Own project lifecycle phases from requirement gathering through production cutover and support, driving process establishment, resource optimization, and project quality standards.
Manage project governance including P&L responsibility, delivery processes, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and support pre-sales proposals and contract preparation.
12 to 15 years of experience in SAP project management with strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA end-to-end implementation and roll-out projects.
Mandatory experience working on S/4 HANA implementations in the Asia Pacific region, with China experience and localization (Golden Tax, e-invoicing) required.
Experience in functional SAP modules such as FI, LE-MM, WM, SD, PP-QM is required.

Capable of driving operational efficiency, resource rationalization for billability, and meeting organizational and customer quality benchmarks.
Skilled in managing client relationships, forecasting, and handling P&L responsibilities including revenue recognition, margin targets, and growth forecasting.
