Minimum Requirements
8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide, AngularJS, PowerShell, REST or Python.
Experience with ServiceNow features like Integration-Hub, CMDB Workspace, Data Manager, Business Rules, Workflows, and CMDB Health.
Bachelor's degree required.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred; ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and improving IT asset management data within ServiceNow CMDB under the CSDM framework in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Skilled in Agile and SDLC methodologies with experience in Jira and DevOps integration.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery with a focus on data integrity, automation, and supporting ITIL best practices in a fast-changing IT landscape.
