Maintain accurate inventory and detailed lifecycle records for all hardware assets including processing related tasks in ServiceNow.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to improve Hardware Asset Management processes and generate regular management reports.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM and CMDB including current relevant certifications (ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Hardware Asset Manager, or Certified Application Developer).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-6 years in IT asset management or related role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional in IT Hardware Asset Management with ability to independently maintain accurate inventories and lifecycle data.
Skilled in using ServiceNow tools and managing IT hardware lifecycle activities aligned with industry standards.
Able to effectively collaborate across multiple departments to implement process improvements and ensure compliance.
