Manage configuration, maintenance, and administration of the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate configuration items and relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to enhance IT Asset Management (ITAM) and HAM processes, including integration with ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
Develop and monitor CMDB policies, conduct audits and reconciliation to maintain data integrity, and support implementation of new CMDB features for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on IT Service Management.
Experience in IT asset management or related role (5-6 years preferred).
Technical skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM and CMDB, IT hardware lifecycle management; ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification preferred.
