Configure and maintain mediation agents and integrate SAP CM with SAP CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA, and SAP S/4HANA systems.

Monitor and troubleshoot data flows to fix revenue leakages and optimize processing performance.

3-5 years of SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) experience.

Bachelor of Engineering degree required; MBA, MCA, or MTech also accepted.

Experience with SAP BRIM suite, particularly SAP CM, is mandatory.

Visa sponsorship not available; Government clearance not required.

Experienced in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation with ability to design and configure mediation workflows and agents.

Able to integrate and troubleshoot SAP CM with multiple SAP modules (CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA, S/4HANA).

Technical focus with emphasis on operational optimization and revenue assurance in SAP billing processes.
