Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in Golang (preferred) or C, C++, Java and strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, networking protocols (gRPC, Protobuf v3, RabbitMQ), and distributed databases (Apache Ignite, GridGain).
Work experience required: 1 to 10 years in relevant software engineering roles.
Proven ability to design active-active multi-site architectures handling network partitions and consensus scenarios; experience with CI/CD, Docker, observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Kibana), and enterprise security tooling (Vault, mTLS).
