Own end-to-end delivery of business, product, and implementation initiatives across Global Emerging Markets with focus on project planning, risk management, and senior stakeholder reporting.
Drive strategy and workflow implementation including requirements gathering, testing coordination, training, and phased rollout for client/business migration.

MBA in Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline from a premier institution or equivalent relevant experience.

Strong product management skills demonstrated by ability to translate business needs into product outcomes, implementation plans, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
Good conceptual understanding of FX, Transactional FX, FX payments, pricing, or corporate cash management preferred; Work Experience Required: 5-12 years in specified domains.
Experienced delivery or product manager with proven ability to manage full lifecycle product delivery and implementation within banking or financial markets.
Strong analytical skills with ability to produce management reporting, analyze business economics and trends, and use KPIs for decision support.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in a global, cross-functional matrix organization.
