Support and drive the Learning & Development function by coordinating and monitoring training programs aligned with hotel and brand standards.
Develop and maintain training plans, conduct Training Needs Analysis, and facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training.
Manage learning resources, maintain training records and reports, and assist in managing training budgets and external training partners.
At least 2 years of related work experience following an associate degree OR at least 3 years of work experience following an undergraduate degree.
Proven experience in Learning & Development roles within the hospitality industry.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective learning programs to multi-cultural, multi-level audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience managing and directing development and delivery of learning programs in multi-unit organizations, indicating capability to handle complexity.
Strong organizational and project management skills to execute multiple training initiatives effectively.
Ability to communicate and coach diverse teams, with skills in designing new content and adapting learning to multicultural environments.
