Consult on and support security and compliance controls related to Bosch and industry regulations, including conducting compliance assessments and gap analyses.
Engage with stakeholders to assess and document security controls, assist in Business Continuity Management Plans, and ensure security documentation is complete and updated.
Assist implementation of security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring customer KPIs, quality, and deliverables are met.
4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of security concepts including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption, backup/storage security, business continuity management, and application security.
Experience with IT systems and Application Management Processes, Governance, and Policies.
Educational qualification: Any U.G/P.G degree with relevant experience.
Experienced in Information Security, IT Security, IAM, or GRC processes with familiarity in GRC tools as a plus.
Capable of working independently with full ownership and proactiveness on deliverables.
Good communication skills in English (oral and written) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions like pivot tables and lookup.
