Experience working in rotational 24x7 shift models including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with operating systems, virtualization, incident management, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
Experienced in high-pressure, alert-driven operational environments such as NOC, SOC, or command centers handling system incidents.
Skilled in accurate triage, first-response SLAs, and executing runbooks for L2 system issue resolution.
Comfortable with detailed documentation, escalation protocols, and continuous improvement practices (runbook and alert tuning).
