Ability to work rotational 24x7 shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experienced in frontline incident response within fast-paced, alert-driven environments with strong operational discipline to meet SLAs.
Skilled in clear written communication for thorough documentation and effective escalation to senior engineers.
Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITSM processes, with exposure to automation scripting and cloud infrastructure as a plus.
