Finance Executive (F&B Cost Controller)

Manage financial operations and cost control specifically for food and beverage storerooms and receiving to minimize expenses.

Conduct credit investigations, manage receivables, and ensure timely recovery or cancellation of non-performing accounts.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including clients, wholesalers, travel agents, airlines, and team members to maintain smooth hotel operational financial processes.

Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related field with certification in Finance/Accounting.

Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.

Fluent in written and spoken English with good client communication skills.

Experienced in hospitality financial operations with focus on F&B cost control and credit management.

Able to manage cross-functional relationships with external and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence.

Capable of maintaining high standards in documentation, credit management, and safety compliance in a dynamic hotel environment.
