Proven experience delivering cloud development projects, prioritizing AWS, plus strong project management skills (sprint planning, backlog refinement).
Familiarity with compliance/governance (e.g., GxP standards, data privacy, regulatory) and competent in JIRA, Confluence; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
Experienced Agile leader skilled in cloud-based software delivery and AI-driven projects, particularly within regulated industries like pharma or healthcare.
Ability to translate complex technical Cloud/AI/data concepts into business-level communications for diverse stakeholder groups including non-technical audiences.
Strong collaborator who can manage cross-functional teams and external partners, driving Agile adoption and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.
