Manager - Supply Chain Operations

Lead supply chain and operations for multiple product lines ensuring inventory, cost, and performance meet global and regional planning requirements.

Manage a team of exempt individual contributors supporting a moderately complex global business unit, including performance monitoring and career development.

Drive demand-supply matching, trade compliance programs, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborate with stakeholders to remove operational roadblocks and improve processes.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

7-10 years of relevant experience or 5-7 years in management in supply chain or operations roles.

Experience managing teams and leading supply chain logistics, production, procurement, inventory, and distribution.

Knowledge of supply chain tools and systems such as ERP and SAP; certifications like PMP or Certified Professional in Supply Management are preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced supply chain or operations manager with a track record of leading global or complex business units.

Strong operational leadership with ability to influence strategic decisions within limited scope and drive continuous process improvements.

Comfortable managing cross-functional teams, trade compliance, and financial planning in supply chain contexts.
