Manage JAPAC finance and administration activities including financial close support, controls, cash-flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
Act as key liaison coordinating day-to-day F&A deliverables among Amgen India, JAPAC finance, and local stakeholders.
Support audits, statutory compliance, intercompany processes, and identify opportunities for process standardization and automation.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or Master’s degree in Finance or Business & Administration.
8 to 12 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in accounting and/or finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation within a global matrix organization.
Proficient with ERP/EPM/BI systems (e.g., SAPS4, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau) and digital tools including AI and automation platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders and deliver clear strategic financial insights.
